All our branches are sanitized regularly, with deep cleaning done twice a week. All touch points in public areas like door handles, counter tops, tabletops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer / disinfectant.
Seating rearranged to ensure social distance.
A Separate area earmarked to accommodate in case of sudden illness of any guest.
All safety equipment made available with pro-active replenishment. Masks, gloves etc. are disposed carefully based on usage guidelines.
All crew wear masks and practice social distancing and hygiene at all times.
All crew have downloaded Aarogya Setu mobile application.
Daily temperature check done for the crew.
All crew have undergone medical screening and have active medical insurance.
All vehicles are thoroughly disinfected prior to boarding of tourists. UV Lighting, Fumigation with formaldehyde using fogger machine are as done in Hospitals to sanitise the coaches.
Our crew have been trained to ensure there is no physical contact with passenger or their luggage.
High touch areas are sprayed with disinfectant surface cleaner regularly. After every ride, crew is advised to clean and disinfect the vehicle using disinfectant. Even during stopovers crew has been advised to ensure vehicle is sanitised thoroughly.
pre-recorded announcements are done advising necessary precautions in coaches.
Crew have been advised to wear caps, masks, gloves and clean uniform. They undergo thermal screening before every new assignment.
Hand Sanitizer dispenser and masks are kept available in every vehicle.
In all our AC buses, cleaning of interiors of air ducts done on weekly basis.
A certificate is pasted in the coach indicating when the coach/cab was last sanitized with telephone numbers to register complaint.
While boarding / de-boarding the vehicles, it is recommended that the guest should let the attender only open and close the door of the vehicle. In case the guest has luggage, the attender will open and close the boot for the guest so that they can keep / take out the luggage themselves ( to avoid any contact with the guest belongings).
Seating/Berths rearranged to ensure social distancing as advised by Government.
All passengers will have to clean their hands before boarding. Also, again after lunch/dinner break.
Temperature check will be done before boarding the bus. Passengers with symptoms will not be allowed to board the bus.
While booking the ticket itself all passenger are informed that they will have to compulsorily be wearing the mask throughout the journey.
All passengers are advised to bring their own bedspreads/blankets, while booking ticket itself.
