In the COVID 19 aftermath, Tourism Business requires a re-thinking & establishing new standards in terms of hygiene, health and safety.
At Parveen, we have chosen to follow stringent Protocols to ensure passenger safety. Infact we have created a separate health & sanitization team who specializes in the subject. We have also Customer service team who call the customers just before journey begins to check if the laid out SOP are practiced.
All staff wear masks and practice social distancing and hygiene within the office premises.
All employees have downloaded Aarogya Setu mobile application.
Daily temperature check via thermal gun thermometer done.
Proper attendance logs of entry and exit are maintained.
All employees have undergone medical screening and have active medical insurance.
All employees trained in hygiene and sanitation practices and troubleshooting risks.
All vehicles are thoroughly disinfected prior to boarding of tourists.UV Lighting, Fumigation with formaldehyde using fogger machine are as done in Hospitals to sanitise the vehicles.
Our chauffeurs and guides are trained to ensure there is no physical contact with passenger or their Luggage (eg. only greet the guest with a smile and a ‘Namaste’).
High touch areas ( Door handles, Seats, Arm rests, Seat Belts, Seat backs, steering wheel, Power window buttons, Door locks, Windows, Screens, Tv Screens, Cup holders etc.) are sprayed with disinfectant surface cleaner regularly. After every ride, it is advised to clean and disinfect the vehicle.
Placards are placed on the seats advising necessary precautions; prerecorded video announcements in vehicles.
Crew have been advised to wear caps, masks, gloves and clean uniform. They undergo thermal screening before every new assignment.
In all our AC buses, cleaning of interiors of air ducts done on weekly basis.
All information regarding the tour are provided to tourist strictly through digital means ( this may include tour itinerary ; safety precautions for hygiene and disinfection).
A certificate is pasted in the coach indicating when the coach/cab was last sanitized with telephone numbers to register complaint.
Pre-planned itineraries only encouraged with minimum layover at pre determined stops
While boarding / de-boarding the vehicles, it is recommended that the guest should let the chauffeur only open and close the door of the vehicle. In case the guest has luggage, the chauffeur will open and close the boot for the guest so that they can keep / take out the luggage themselves ( to avoid any contact with the guest belongings).
Guests should carry their own Mask, Hand Sanitizer and water bottle for the journey.
In case guest is travelling in SUV or a Tempo Traveler or a Bus with other Co passengers, they should sit with social distancing.
Once the guest is seated in the vehicle, they should avoid unnecessary movement inside the vehicle and should also avoid touching any buttons, AC vents etc.
